60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 60 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Email us with your order number to start, and wait for return confirmation before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email help@sunlido.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo to qualify for free defect coverage. You'll get a free replacement or full refund — usually with no need to return the item, and any return shipping is on us.
Extended Defect Coverage (optional add-on)
If you added "Defect Coverage" at checkout, your protection against manufacturing defects is extended to 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
1-Year Warranty (optional add-on)
If you added the "1-Year Warranty" at checkout, manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase (free repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion).
Proper use & care (keeps your coverage valid)
Sunlido products are inflatable leisure items. Coverage applies to genuine manufacturing defects only — not misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Please:
- Don't exceed the stated maximum weight capacity.
- No jumping, diving, bouncing, standing, or rough play.
- Keep away from sharp objects, pet claws, abrasive surfaces, and open flames.
- Inflate firmly but never over-inflate; avoid long periods fully inflated in strong direct heat/sun.
- Rinse, dry, and deflate for storage; keep away from harsh chemicals.
- Always supervise children — this is not a flotation safety device.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to post it). Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
