Order processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates & delivery times

• Free Standard Shipping on every order.
• Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 weeks Australia-wide after dispatch.
• Times are estimates and may vary with carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods. International delivery may take longer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to start updating.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. Adding Shipping Protection at checkout gives you extra peace of mind.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out quickly and we'll do our best to help.
